30 Day Return Window
We want you to feel great about your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please email us within 30 days of the ship date to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for a Return
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in original condition, and returned in its original packaging. A return request must be submitted within 30 days of the ship date.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit. If you need guidance on return shipping options, just email us and we will gladly assist.
International Orders
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non refundable. Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are non refundable.
If a package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, shipping charges will not be refunded. If you are unsure about customs fees in your country, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to provide guidance.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you by email. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
